"You have questions and we have answers." We have selected some of the most common questions we are asked, in order to help you out. If for some reason, we didn't answer your question(s) simply contact us to ask your question.

How much does it cost to have a technician just come and look at my system(s)?
We charge a flat rate of $75 an hour for our services. After the first hour your total is broken into 15 min intervals. You technician is responsible of keeping track of this time.
If no work is done am I required to pay?
The first hour of work is always paid for in advance. If a technician shows up to you business or home and they perform a diagnosis and they see for some reason they cannot proceed you will only be charged for your first hour.
Can I call a technician personally instead of going through the Administrators In Route?
No, all service calls must go through Administrators In Route. If technician are contacted outside the company, any work that is done will not be covered or guaranteed and the technician will lose their job with Administrator in Route.
If a computer part has to be ordered from a manufacturer and the technician has to come back another day, what happens as for as payment?
Is pretty simple you will be billed for the time the technician was at your location each visit, separately.
Do I have to pay for the part(s) that a technician purchases?
Yes, if a technician goes to a store, ie. (Office Depot, Compusa, Brandsmart, etc) to purchase needed items for the job, you the customer will be responsible for that or those parts. The technician will give you a receipt for anything purchased pertaining to your system only. Before your technician leave to get anything they will speak with you the customer, to ensure this is what you would like done. Technicians will usually be able to tell you an estimate for each part to make sure you can cover the cost.
Do technician come with the part(s) that I may need?
No, there are way to many computer manufacturers and parts to know what a customer needs. Within the first 15-20 min the technician will evaluate what is needed and then inform you if additional parts are needed.
If a technician has to leave for a part I need, will I be charged?
Yes, you will be charged for the time they are gone, but know need to worry. We aren't here to take advantage of you, we have jobs lined up at all times so we can't afford to waste time. Yours or ours.
How many technician will show up?
Usually only one technician will show up unless otherwise stated by the customer, or the job requires more that one technician because of the size of the job. Sometimes there may be an additional technician if they are being trained.
Do you come to businesses and homes?
Yes, we service personal and business repair.
If a technician doesn't show will I be billed?
If for some reason we can not get a technician to cover your job, you will not be charged.
If a job is taking to long or I  feel the job is getting to be expensive, what can I do?
You are welcome to ask a technician to stop at anytime even if the job isn't complete, but we can't guarantee anything we didn't complete. If a technician is asked to stop before the first hour you will still be charged for that hour.
I have multiple systems, am I charged per system?
No, you will only charged for the time it take to complete the job(s).
Will I need to be at the location when the technician shows up?
Yes, there needs to be someone at the location.
Will I need to sign anything?
Yes, there is a receipt that requires the customer signatures upon completion of a job.
Is my work guaranteed?
Yes, all work is guaranteed. We guarantee our work but we are responsible for hardware, as we are not manufactures. If a new part fails or doesn't work the store that it was purchased from will replace that part or parts. We will come back and take care of the replaced part.
I don't know much about my computer can someone sit with me and coach me to become a better user.
Yes, we offer coaching lessons. Please visit our Services Page and view coaching, there is a list of items we can help you with.
Can I pay in advance for service?
Yes, we offer a prepaid service. You can pay for 8 hour blocks in advance and you will save 10%. Check out our Prices and Packages page.
What time can I have a technician come over?
You can arrange to have a technician show up at anything. When you call or email us please inform us of you availability and we will do the same with you.
What form of payment does your company except?
We except Cash, Check, and Credit Card via Paypal.
Do you service Apple and PC?
Yes, we do.
All the parts on my computer are out of warrantee can you still work on it?
Yes, we will still work on your system.
I think I lost everything!!!! My computer crashed can anything be done?
Yes, disaster recovery is an option. First thing don't try to use the computer anymore. The more you use or try to use the system the worst off you will be.
